Brothers Unite at Pakenham

There was no brotherly love as rival coaches David & Peter Banfield locked horns in a practice match on the weekend. Our sincere thanks to Pakenham Football Club for hosting practice matches against Vermont FC this weekend.Vermont showed why they are such a class outfit, with plenty of support during the day, with all matches played in the right spirit. It was a good first hitout for all our boys and a chance to get some of the rust out of the system. We look forward to the season proper starting on April 10. A reminder that memberships for 2010 are now available and watch out for all the social functions coming up as well.
