Our sincere congratulations go to 2009 Reserve & Assistant Coach Chris Cogan and 19's coach Paul Dodd in securing senior coaching roles for 2010..Chris has been appointed to EFL Club East Ringwood where he formerly served them with great distinction. Chris has a great influence on a very young group this year, and no doubt he will be a great asset for the Roos. Paul Dodd was plucked out of Club XVIII football and immediately made his mark as Under 19's coach over two years with the club making finals appearances in both years. He now gets his chance at rival A Grade VAFA Club Marcellin to develop their list. Part of the ambition of the footy club is to help develop people and we are pleased that our environment has had a part ot pay in helping them go on to higher honours. All of us at the club wish them both well and a thank you for their contributions to the club during their tenure with us.
