K2 Stadium Redevelopment
As a direct result of years of relationship building with the Boroondara Council and the Camberwell Magpies Cricket Club the Club has received approval for Council investment of $800,000 into our facilities at K2 Stadium.  This is a direct result of:

• Our proven record of sound administration
• Recognition of the value we provide to members of the community
• Our long term commitment to the tenancy through our passion to   partner the Boroondara Council in delivering the best possible facilities.

• State of Art Gymnasium
• Player Changing Rooms
• Showers & Bathrooms
• Medical Room
• Ice Baths and other sports science facilities
• Electronic Scoreboard
• New coaches' boxes
• Goal nets at grandstand end

Funding

• The two tenant clubs have funded the refurbishment of the current Social Rooms ($60,000)
• The OSFC needs to raise $125,000 to contribute to the new $1M facilities if we want them to proceed
• If we raise $125,000 we will obtain a long term tenancy agreement at the Camberwell Sportsground
• The money must be raised in full by the end of December 2006 to secure the co-contribution of $800,000 from local council and ensure the works commence this year.
